Idea #686 – Diving on the site of the White Valley in Tahiti
The “Vallée Blanche” site (White Valley) in Tahiti is located off the coast of Faaa, near Papeete. This spot is 60 meters deep and can be reached after 20 minutes by boat. It is famous for the richness of its aquatic fauna. Suitable for divers of all levels, this drift dive can observe many sharks, such as white tip sharks, black tip sharks or gray sharks, visible from 35 meters. Balistes, schools of silver trevallies and a multitude of other tropical aquatic species also frequent this spot. In order to enjoy optimal visibility in the water, it is recommended to do this dive in the morning.
